Antonio Cipriano is already thinking beyond Season 2 of Off Campus. In a new interview with Elite Daily, the 26-year-old actor, who plays hockey star John Logan, says he feels prepared for the moment when the story finally centers on his character.
Why Logan has to wait
Season 2 shifts the spotlight to Dean and Allie, so Logan stays in a supporting role for now. Cipriano says the cast knew this order from the audition stage, because the show reorders Elle Kennedy’s books. He thinks the extra season on the sidelines helped him. Watching his co-stars carry their storylines inspired him, and he says, “I feel like I’m now officially ready to take that leading role.”

Is Season 3 confirmed?
Not yet. The show has not been renewed for a third season, and nothing guarantees it would adapt Logan and Grace Ivers’ book, The Mistake. Still, Logan looks like the natural next lead. Cipriano praised India Fowler, who plays Grace, and said she stood out right away during the chemistry reads.
A bigger family story for Logan
The show adds a younger sibling, Jules, who is not in the books. That makes Logan a middle child on screen, and Cipriano relates to it as a middle child himself. He says it adds pressure to Logan’s choice between the NHL and staying home for his family.

Will Logan sing?
Cipriano has Broadway and music experience, but Season 1 gave him no musical moment. He has no idea whether that will change, though he would love it. He also noted that Logan has a guitar in his room.
The Fireball romantasy collab
Cipriano is also promoting Fireball’s Vanilla Smut Stash, a limited collectible with two bottles inside a romantasy book. It costs $10 and drops on Oct. 21 and Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. EST. He says he is new to the genre but now enjoys it.
